Practitioners Of Slavery Right Now Happy To Foment Anger At Jews For Alleged Slave Trade Prominence Centuries Ago

Part of a phenomenon in which Al Jazeera tries to paint the most tolerant, free, and secure society in history, as the most oppressive, racist, corrupt, culture the world has ever seen even as Qatar pursues policies that would make an eighteenth-century conservative Westerner look woke.

African slaveDoha, April 25 – Regime officials and prominent figures in a society that continues to treat certain human beings as property also demonstrate gusto in their efforts to paint such treatment by others as a predominantly Hebraic industry in the seventeenth, eighteenth, and nineteenth centuries, a study confirms.

Media and political rhetoric in places such as Qatar, Kuwait, and other Islamic nations, in addition to the global outlets they fund such as Al Jazeera, devote outsize attention to the role of Jews in the international slave trade in the West, researchers noted yet again today, even as those nations still practice slavery and human trafficking. In a study that researchers hope to publish but cannot find a journal willing to subject its offices and staff to bomb threats and other terrorism should it run the article, the scientists observed for the 941,644th time that numerous tendentious mentions of Jews involved in the transatlantic slave trade – who represented a tiny minority of the industry – occur through the funding and propaganda originating in Qatar and its like-minded allies.

“I wouldn’t say necessarily that the mainly-Qatari propaganda aims primarily to distract from Qatari and other Arab or Muslim slaving that’s still happening as we speak,” cautioned lead study author Salman Rushdie, looking over his shoulder as he spoke. “That is, however, an undeniable element of the considerations. It forms part of a larger, congruent phenomenon in which Al Jazeera – I use them as the main example, but they are hardly the only ones – latches onto Western progressive sensibilities and tries to paint the West itself, the most tolerant, free, and secure society in history, as the most oppressive, racist, corrupt, and irredeemable culture the world has ever seen – even as Qatar, Iran, and their cohort have never built anything as liberal or successful as the West, and even as Qatar, Iran, and their cohort pursues policies and practices that would make even an eighteenth-century conservative Westerner look extra-woke by comparison.”

“It’s a match made in… well, in the Persian Gulf, perhaps,” he continued, “this marriage of eastern and western antisemitism. The Arab and Islamic world has never worked very hard at pretending love for Jews, whereas the West definitely has, especially since the Holocaust. It unites groups that might otherwise oppose each other as existential foes around a shared antipathy for the one evil they agree towers above the others: the Jew. It’s so progressive.”

“I don’t know what they would do without Jews,” he mused.
